Rupali graduated from the University of Birmingham with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery in 2008 . She gained membership with the Faculty of Dental Surgeons in Edinburgh in 2012 and continued her professional development by completing a certificate course in Aesthetic and Cosmetic Restorative Dentistry in London(Chris Orr).
Rupali's main interests include cosmetic, aesthetic dentistry and orthodontics . She is an approved provider of clear braces with Invisalign and 6 Month Smiles. Rupali enjoys all aspects of dentistry and strives to provide the highest quality of care for her patients in a caring, relaxed and friendly manner.
In her spare time Rupali enjoys going to the gym, baking and travelling.
Ritesh qualified as a dentist in 2006 from Manchester University, UK, and has continued to develop his skills and knowledge ever since. Following an initial year in dental practice, he went on to work as a Senior House Officer in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and in Restorative Dentistry at various hospitals in the North West of England, treating patients on a referral basis and teaching dental students. During this period he also became a Member of the Faculty of Dental Surgeons in Edinburgh. Following on from this he pursued his interest in Restorative Dentistry and completed certified courses in Restorative and Cosmetic dentistry under the tutelge of Michael Wise and Christopher Orr. Since then he has developed a passion for implant dentistry and is currently one of the few dentists to hold three postgraduate qualifications in this field. He was amongst the first few dentists in the United Kingdom to implement digital technology into his implant planning in order to provide predictable outcomes with maximum patient comfort.
Ritesh also has an interest in the management of Temporomandibular Joint (jaw joint) disorders, and is one of the few dentists in Leicestershire to be able to provide appropriate splint therapy.
Furthermore Ritesh offers a range of cosmetic orthodontic solutions including Invisalign and Inman Aligner.
Ritesh is committed to continual improvement and education so that he can bring a range of treatments to his patients that allow them to enjoy optimal dental health for the long term.
Ritesh is also an avid sportsman having represented England at various levels in badminton. He continues to play badminton at a competitive level and enjoys keeping fit as well as spending time with his family.
Vikesh qualified as a dentist from the University of Leeds, UK, in 2008. Following a year in general dental practice, he spent a year working in Australia. On his return he worked as Senior House Officer in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgey and Orthodontics at various hospitals in Norfolk. He then went on to work as a Senior House Officer in various departments at Birmingham Dental Hospital. During this period he attained membership to the Faculty of Dental Surgeons in Edinburgh. He continued his postgraduate education at the prestigious Eastman Dental Hospital in London, where he gained a MSc with distinction in Root Canal Treatment. Vikesh joins our team to help with the treatment of the more complex root canal cases, meaning that we don’t need to refer patients out of the practice to see a specialist as they can receive that care here.
Vikesh spends part of the rest of his working week teaching other dentists and dental students at Birmingham Dental Hospital and works at the Eastman Dental Hospital in London.
Like his brother he has always been a keen player of Badminton, having represented England at junior level. Vikesh also plays cricket, with him having represented and captained Leicestershire at various age groups at junior level.
Devanshee qualified as a dentist with honours in 2008 from Manchester University, UK and like Ritesh, has continued to improve and gain more knowledge and skills.
Following a year in general dental practice in London , she spent six months working in Australia. On returning to the UK she attained a diploma and thus gained membership with the Royal College of Surgeons in England. She also completed a one year certified course in Aesthetic and Restorative Dentistry (Chris Orr). Devanshee then went on to become a certified provider of the Inman Aligner and Six Month Smiles, both of which are cosmetic orthodontic systems.
Devanshee has a particular interest in root canal treatment and has completed a two year diploma in the subject, graduating with merit.
Furthermore, Devanshee is certified to offer facial consultations for wrinkles and frown lines, having undergone training in facial aesthetics at a clinic in Harley Street.
Outside of work, Devanshee is kept busy looking after her two children and spending time with family and friends.
Chloe qualified as a registered dental nurse in 2012 in UK and, as you would expect with our team, is committed to contine to develop herself for the benefit of our patients.
She is particularly interested in orthodontics (tooth straightening treatments) and has completed training which enables her to take dental impressions.
Chloe is very approachable and patients enjoy her warm and helpful manner.
Outside of work the majority of Chloe's time is devoted to looking after her horse (Truffle) and her dog (Max).
Caity qualified as a registered dental nurse in 2016 in the UK and is committed to continue to develop herself to ensure patients who visit the practice receive the highest quality of care possible.
She is particularly interested in dental implantology and cosmetic dental procedures and works closely with Ritesh to help to ensure our patients receive the smiles that they wish for and deserve.
Caity has developed a great understanding of the benefits and risks of various dental treatments in a relatively short space of time and is currently training to become an additional point of contact for new and existing patients should they have any questions about the various treatments we offer. She will ensure that all of our team are aware of any anxieties that you may have about your dental care and that you fully understand any treatment options that may be suggested by one of our dentists.
Outside of work the majority of Caity's time is dedicated to looking after her dog (Freddy) and taking part in motor sport events.
Faye qualified as a registered Dental Nurse in 2017 in the UK. She strives to make patients feel at ease when visiting the dentist and enjoys taking time in surgery to help patients wherever possible.
Faye is particularly enjoys reassuring new and nervous patients throughout their dental journey. Her favourite aspects of dentistry include Root canal treatment, Orthodontics and Teeth whitening.
In her spare time Faye enjoys working at her local pub, walking her dog and socialising with friends and family.
Beatrix qualified as a dental nurse in 2011 in the UK and works at RD Dental on a part-time basis, with her spending the rest of the week looking after her young family.
Beatrix enjoys making patients feel welcome and relaxed by adopting an open and friendly approach and communicating with patients at every stage of their journey at our practice. The most rewarding aspect of dentistry to Beatrix is seeing patients leave the practice feeling positive, satisfied and valued with a smile on their face.
Emily is just over half way through her two year apprenticeship program to become a qualified dental nurse. She works full time at RD Dental assisting our dentists, while also attending Leicester College to attain her qualification.
Emily particularly enjoys interacting with patients and learning new skills, with her favourite areas of dentistry being cosmetic dentistry and root canal treatments.
In her spare time Emily enjoys going to the gym and spending time with her friends and family.
